Rajesh K set up Infotronics Pvt Ltd in 2002 with the aim to be one of the world's leading providers of lead generation and customer capture services. In early 2003 he enlisted the services of Dean Wards to bring in his marketing and operational experience to the company.
Over the past five years Infotronics has proved to be successful and has enjoyed consistent growth ever since. The company has earned a reputation for reliable & timely delivery allowing it to build a solid client base in the UK, Europe, Australia and the US.
The Infotronics client list includes a number of global names from the financial services and publishing markets.
The Infotronics Group now employs over 300 people. Its management team is one of the most experienced in the industry. The company has a number of in-house training courses to constantly develop its people. Reward and recognition are high on the company agenda.
Operationally Infotronics follows the principles of Six Sigma; we seek to constantly improve in all areas e.g. quality, process and delivery.

Following a period of education and work in London, Rajesh has a western approach to his business thinking and style. Rajesh has a unique ability to understand the requirements of western business and guides the Infotronics Board accordingly.
In 2001, Rajesh traveled to the UK and Australia to study the markets in more depth. A year later, Infotronics was established as a global 3rd party delivery centre with the vision of bridging the gap in the UK B2B telemarketing market place. The strategy was to build a niche centre with the right people and processes in place to be different from the mammoth call centres that India is otherwise known for.
Rajesh knew that he could offer the benefits of offshore outsourcing to the UK B2B sector. From the inception of Infotronics, the "mantra" was embedding quality standards and principles.
Over the past 9 years Rajesh has developed and created a world renowned senior management team that offers the business and its growing client base unparallel domain expertise.
