| In early 2007, Rob Read joined the team in a combinational role as Key Account Director and Trainer. Rob and Dean had worked together on a number of projects since the late 90's. So it was exciting for the company and its clients to have two of them working together again. Rob brings with him over 10 years of operational and client management experience within the UK telemarketing industry and is a fully qualified trainer. |
