Rajesh K (46)
Managing Director
 
 
Following a period of education and work in London, Rajesh has a western approach to his business thinking and style. Rajesh has a unique ability to understand the requirements of western business and guides the Infotronics Board accordingly.
 
In 2001, Rajesh traveled to the UK and Australia to study the markets in more depth. A year later, Infotronics was established as a global 3rd party delivery centre with the vision of bridging the gap in the UK B2B telemarketing market place. The strategy was to build a niche centre with the right people and processes in place to be different from the mammoth call centres that India is otherwise known for.
 
Rajesh knew that he could offer the benefits of offshore outsourcing to the UK B2B sector. From the inception of Infotronics, the "mantra" was embedding quality standards and principles.
 
Over the past 5 years Rajesh has developed and created a world renowned senior management team that offers the business and its growing client base unparallel domain expertise.

Gavin Rozier (31)
Call Centre Manager
 
Gavin is a commerce graduate who took a special interest in marketing; he has spent the last 8 years working in different facets of the direct marketing industry.
Gavin joined Infotronics at its inception in 2002 and has played a large role in the development of the infotronics brand ever since.
In his early role as an Account Manager, he helped establish and build a client base that has grown year on year. In 2006 he was appointed Call Centre Manager. Gavin has experience working across multiple markets UK, US and Australia.
Gavin works closely with our UK Account Management team and clients to ensure campaign delivery from inception. He leads an experienced team of Account Managers covering such industries as Publishing, Insurance, IT, Telecoms and finance.

Ravikumar G (36)
IT Head
 
Ravikumar, a IT and communication professional has been associated with Infotronics since inception. With his strong experience in the area of installations and trouble shooting in software, hardware and networking, Ravi has a team of support engineers to handle the smooth IT operations of the call centre.
Ravi is responsible for ensuring delivery of reliable and cost effective networks, design and monitoring of the network, maintenance and prevention of any breakage in communication.
