Following a period of education and work in London, Rajesh has a western approach to his business thinking and style. Rajesh has a unique ability to understand the requirements of western business and guides the Infotronics Board accordingly.
 
In 2001, Rajesh traveled to the UK and Australia to study the markets in more depth. A year latter, Infotronics was established as a global 3rd party delivery centre with the vision of bridging the gap in the UK B2B telemarketing market place. The strategy was to build a niche centre with the right people and processes in place to be different from the mammoth call centres that India is otherwise known for.
 
Rajesh knew that he could offer the benefits of offshore outsourcing to the UK B2B sector. From the inception of Infotronics, the "mantra" was embedding quality standards and principles.
 
Over the past 5 years Rajesh has developed and created a world renowned senior management team that offers the business and its growing client base unparallel domain expertise.

Dean Wards is a New Zealander, who has settled in both the United Kingdom and India. 

 
Dean is a highly successful leader, who is passionate about driving business growth. He strongly believes in ethics of responsibility, accountability, measurement, analysis and importantly reward and recognition for achievement.
 
Before joining Infotronics in 2003, Dean worked in Senior Management roles for a number the UK marketing companies like Ogilvy & Mather (OgilvyOne), Direct Dialog, Careline 24/7 and The Telemarketing Company.
 
During this time he was responsible for the set up and management of large scale telemarketing campaigns for "Blue Chip" companies within the Publishing, Utilities, Financial Services, Market Research and Telecoms Industry.
 
Dean is recognised as one of the world's leading authorities on telephone research and telephone marketing. In particular he has been involved in pioneering work to hone the offshore B2B model to an extraordinary high standard. Dean's knowledge and experience coupled with a strong Account Management team has contributed to a growing number of "Blue Chip" organisations that are now using the Infotronics offshore B2B model.
