| UK IPLC connected to the UK PSTN provides local CLI when calling UK Customers, local DDI, toll free (0800) and toll numbers. The company also maintains a Singapore IPLC connection via SingTel PSTN to make quality calls to Australia and to provide toll free services to Australia as well as the United States and the UK. |

| Infotronics follows robust practices to ensure all data is protected and information is secure. The company conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998 and guarantees that all information provided by clients, for the provision of services, is maintained in strictest confidence. Disclosures are only made to those actually working on subject operations on a 'need to know' basis. The company also uses PGP software to ensure that data exchanged between relevant parties is sent in an-encrypted format only accessible to authorised staff of either party. |

| Disaster Recovery |

| At Infotronics there are three levels of redundancy in back up provision, with one mirror system maintained off site to ensure that data is not lost irrevocably. All business critical data is backed up on magnetic media with daily/weekly schedules as appropriate. |
